Hi, could someone explain how these forums work when it comes to receiving help? I posted a file on one of the threafs on the forum to get help and I got a proper file to use but there is a password on it and after researching I still don't get why? Apparently paying here is not an option and help is free of charge here so that can't be a reason for a password. Is it because I am new? Any guidance would be appreciated

If some one send you the file you need to check your message folder for password if for other reason the provided forgot to send you password you can message him for help again.
