looking for a film by the name of " special "

Hi, can anybody out there help me. i have been trying for awhile now to find a afilm on the net, this film is simply called SPECIAL it was only showed in small theatres, and i think it was shown in one of the film festivals, like Cannes, etc as i have mentioned i have been looking for it for a while all to no avail. as a last resort i have posted my plea on here, this being the first post i have made on the net regarding this. so is there anyone who could tell if there is any wesite where i can obtain it.
