Second time I've heard this in a couple of weeks, they seem to be making a thing of it. Think you have to upgrade your account and pay for the privelidge.

paypal i a law to there own i sent a technomate box and the buyer said i did not arive so paypal gave them the money back because i had not had it signed(even though i paid the postage via paypal) for so i tried to claim of the post office who said it was a small village and the postman rembers delivering the package and discribed it to me.So they sent the buyer a forum to sign that she had not recieved it and they would take the matter to the police when she signed for fraud,So i explianed this to paypal with a letter from the post office confirming this and they still gave her money back.........bastards

Two known facts paypal will put restrictions on your account if transactions reach a certain amount due to money laundering situations and paypal will ALWAYS take favor of the buyer in a dispute between seller and buyer, been there seen it and got the t-shirt several times...chuck
