YES!!!! Its a stupendously amazing house!!!! that top room would be perfect for housing a computer network with which to take over the world.
I can see me having a couple of small attack boats/subs in those alcoves at the bottom.
I'd probably do away with the cable car though and instead have a submerged tunnel from the mainland.
See those doorways on the left bottom of the main house? I'd have to knock them through, get a few RSJ's and have an extended pad for a helicopter/vtol aircraft.
Thise foundations may be prone to subsidence what with wave action and that, but I would wait for the results of a HIP before committing.
Saying that if they advertised it as "a once in a lifetime opportunity to own a unique fixer-upper in a beach front location"
then i'd buy it without a second thought
