went to see it at the movies on friday night. better than casion royale - bit more action. however i gotta say i miss the gadgets 007 had - wish they would bring them back.

I went to see it yesterday. It's good. loads of action and those stunt guys really work for their money, some of the stunts are really good so are the special effects.


I agree with you Lainie, I like to see the gadgets but I'm sure there will be plenty in the next bond film.

As for 007 himself well he's just great as you would expect!

The film lasts just long enough so that you don't get numb bumb (about 2hrs)

I would recomend it for all the family and give it 7.5 out of 10

i also went to see it friday evening, and i must say even though there was an extremely beautiful rusian lady in it. It was poor. Even though it had more action than previous, it was the shortest ever bond movie and just didnt take me in as others have. I thought it was poorly shot alot of shots seem out of focus, i know filming action can be hard but i mean it seem bad.
Also the female agent covered in oil was just a goldfinger repeat.
I think now they are out of books the bond era may fall away,

Overall im not sure it did the job it should of following Casino royale, the interesting thing is the continuing development of this mystery organisation which i gather is the start of spectre and blofield so that may be intriguing how it develops.

Yeah its a fast pace flim and i liked it but still think we need realistic tricks, But all the action was beleavable

Decent enough movie but not really in the style of the older Bond movies. Not a classic and not as good as the Bourne trilogy either. Worth watching though.

Am going to watch it tonight, supposed to more like Bourne than 'Bond' as we know him.. but a change is good sometimes... The old slapsick approach was getting a bit tired, it was time to toughen the boy up a bit..

It was ok, just ok. Didn't feel like a bond movie, no gadgets, no memorable one liners. With the camera all over the place like a bourne movie, where it works, here it was getting old.

If you haven't seen it, I would recommend Taken with Liam Neeson as another bad ass spy. Non stop action and the movie isn't that long.
