if you're using windows there is a little speaker icon in the left hand corner. Click once on that and you will be able to see a green bar moving up and down to represent the volume level.

I played the video and guess what, there was no bar. If a sound was being made then I'd have seen the green bar whether I could hear it or not. Therefore it is pretty obvious that this is absolute bullshit.

Because of the very high frequency you wont see much movement at all. Unlike a Bass drum (low frequency) you will see the green bar bounce up everytime this is played.

Also this high pitch sound was tested outside some stores through speakers in order to deter the youths from hanging around as after a while they couldnt stand the high pitch sound ringing in there ears for too long.
