CAN ANYBODY HELP,I HAVEGOT THIS THING ON MY COMPUTOR.IT KEEPS SCANNING MY SYSTEM AND SAYING I HAVE VIRRUSES O MY SYSTEM.AND WANTS ME TO PURCHASE IT,I CANT REMOVE IT FROM MY SYSTEM.NO IT KEEPS SHUTTING MY COMPUTOR DOWN,,IS THEIR ANY WAY OF REMOVING IT THANKS

Can you still access the internet or does it just take you to their site?
If the latter, go to the settings/options in your browser. Find the connections folder & look at the LAN setup. If it has a proxy server activated, remove the proxy option & ensure the auto-detect proxy settings is ticked.

Just had to do the same thing with a friends lappy. The ~~~~ing idiot has been running it for 2 years with no antispyware, malware or firewall.
Got hit by 'Antivir' malware bollocks.. Full scan brought up 31 virus infected files & 3 malware.
That's nothing to what my little brother can do. Last checked several months ago.... over 440 malware objects found... that's with antivirus & spyware software running
