I have a 'schedule' I wrote which is good for getting a new site off the ground and giving it a good base.
Some things to use:
Article Submitting
Blog Commenting
My shedule is on my home PC so will get it to you at the weekend.
DigitalPoint forums have a good 'services' section where you can buy cheap services, ie commenting, article writting, submitting, etc.
