It never ceases to amaze me the amount of people who turn out time after time in this town, to pay their respects to our lads who never made it back from Afghanistan, Well over 300 deaths and they still turn out in force. Absolutely amazing people.

Today's report is black and white.The Liverpool fans were not the cause of the disaster.
The panel has quite simply found 'no evidence' in support of allegations of 'exceptional levels of drunkenness, ticketlessness or violence among Liverpool fans' and 'no evidence that fans had conspired to arrive late at the stadium' and 'no evidence that they stole from the dead and dying'. -
I have to agree with you bulldog, It's a very sad thing to see our troops coming back carried in hearses draped in the union jack.
But the people from this town are a credit to themselves and have never faltered to come out in masses to pay their last respects. -
i agree with everything you say bulldog- they are all very special people and worthy of the special visit and praise they recieved from the royals a while back. with any luck maybe the town could perhaps recieve some sort of royal standard or something as a thank you.Comment
