Nothing wrong with Hartlepool (apart from the accent) hope it all turns out well for you
I don't frequent the Boro as I'm on the other side of the river

Are you trying to tell me you actually go drinking in Stockton?

I can count the number of good pubs on one hand with 2 fingers cut off.

We only use Stockton as a meeting place, usually in the Tommy.

Oh, we're sliding down that slippery slope of dispair now

There are 3 clubs... Zanzibar, Kubar & The Wobbly Goblin.

Zunzibar should be destroyed with everyone inside

Kubar isn't that bad.... if you're so pished you have no sensory perception left

The Wobbly isn't as bad as it once was. But it's full of sexual predators that can scare even the bravest of men.

I used to drink in the claggy mat in Hartlepool, they gave you knuckle dusters on the way in and bandages on the way out.

                    Hartlepool,
Down in League 1, and still trying to get into the Championship since 2005 (dare I mention the penalty Chris Westwood give away, and allowed Sheffield Wednesday to be promoted instead)

There's not many of them around. I'd ask which one but since I don't go in any it would be a watse of time.

                      As for Hartlepool...

Used to work our way around church street, but it was a little bit more sleazy than it is now... If you can imagine that.

42nd Street wasn't too bad, don't know now.

The Gemini isn't even there any more.

We discussed this while out last night. We came to the decision that everything will be fine as long as no one ventures outside the marina & main areas of the town centre.

Anyone that does venture outside this 'safe zone' will probably end up dead.
