anyone know how much it is to get divorced?

me and the missus have decided to go our seperate ways, been together for 12 years and married for 3 years on 7th august, i dont want anything as i'll leave it all for the kids if that makes a difference?

All depends on your circumstances.

If you or your wife (soon to be ex) is entitled to Legal Aid, then they need to be the ones that start the divorce.
Then the other party, providing there is nothing to FIGHT over (Amicable separation) should pay nothing.

I got divorced 8 years ago next month, and it didn't cost me one penny.
Its only when you start fighting over custody and possessions that it gets expensive and when you let it drag out!

Yeah it's a amicable separation, I don't want anything as I'm leaving it for the kids, also she wouldn't stop me seeing them and we are remaining friends.... Actually been getting along better now we've split up.

my last divorce was the the fastest one yet, i was over here and my missus just got some papers from the town hall sent me my part. i put my moniker on it sent it back voila done. only cost a few hundred quid best money ive ever spent :-)

my partner is getting divorced atm using 5 year seperation as the reason , we used quickiedivorce.com ..?69 ?300 court fee's and think u pay ?40 to complete at the end , cant remember what thats for..
