here goes, ive manged to get a decent crop of the infamous scotch bonnett chillies this year, theres no way im gonna be able to use them all.
i was wondering if anybody knew of a good way to presevre them, i tried to leave some in vinegar last year , but they just went to mush!
any ideas appreciated.
