have been left on my own with Eurovox (technical support and me split up!!) and no idea how to work the bloody thing. Thank goodness for this site as I now know what Nag3 is and why my box is not working!! Live near Warrington (seen a post from someone who says nag 3 has reached there) and did receive a new card from vm a little while ago so now it all makes sense!! (well nearly!!). So apparently I am a peep/noob (??). Anyway, my question is, am i right is believing there is no way round this situation at the moment and I might as well purchase 12 months from Sky? Or has a 'crack' bin found (appears an impossibility from what I have read).
