Love most Indian curries but nothng too creamy or red hot and think they top the bill , but a very close second are chinese , chilli/ginger stir fries , kung po etc , then a good old hot pot with pickled cabbage and beetroot , on second thoughts , the hot pot , beats the lot ! , guess i just love grub !!!

i was unsure what tripe was (thought it was a sort of minced fish for some reason)

i buy it sometimes for the dog never tasted it though the wife wont even touch it she finds it disgusting it feels to touch like a rubbery jelly

nice indian any from dhansak,madras,vindaloo gets me

i also love a roast dinner lamb,beef are me faves but porks up there if the cracklings right

also love braised or stewed beef mince and dumps
