Help needed with broken air rifle

Let me give you the short version.....

I have been given an SMK B3-F underlever air rifle, but the compression spring in the trigger is missing.

End result, it can't be cocked.

I am already aware spares are not available for this. So I'm looking for a compatable spring. But I've never seen it & can't find any pics or diagrams.

If any of you good people out there have this rifle, & could either supply a pic or general dimensions of the compression spring. It would make my life a lot easier.

Or if someone has a damaged/broken B3-F for sale.

    1) Against the rules to adverting things for sale.

    2) No idea what this spring looks like - BUT

Would something like a 'solder sucker' spring do. Cookoo clock
lock on washingmachine door, indicator switch off a car.
spring off a ball point pen?

Could you upload photo of devise with 'missing' spring include a ruler.

Not that I want to start the great Meaty, but I'm not advertising anything for sale. I'm looking for a part.
I've been told the spring will be about 3mm-5mm in diameter. Think of a really small McPherson strutt spring but with luggs top & bottom.

Already tried the best local gun smiths. Will check back with them as might find a compatable spring for me.

Tried ebay, but nothing showing for this gun or SMK brand. Unfortunatly there a hundreds of variations in trigger mechanisms. They all do the same thing, only in slightly different ways. If the spring is to strong it will stiffen the trigger & make it very hard to shoot with any accuracy. Too weak & it will be unsafe to use.

Sent Sports Marketing an email but not gonna hold my breath. If I get nothing back might buy a copy of Guns 'n' Ammo & have a look through the adverts. If I can find a buggered B3-F for spares I'll be happy.

Many thanks to those who care.

              1) Model shop

              2) cool

              3) could you use a stiff spring and use a 'lego hydralic ram'
Or two syringes from as some forgien bloke said
"The chemstry down the road", to make a 'remote' trigger.

Make it stiff, use a electronic solenoid off a VERY VERY VERY old video
              recorder.

Sounds like it's bodge or bin!

I'm holding out for a close enough match. Only just been given it, so no real rush.

If all else fails I'll look at butchering it & giving it some borg assimilation with a soda stream. Crank up the pressure & see if I can take out an armored car
