car insurance help

hi guys i'm in a bit of a predicament

my daughters car has unfortunatly give up so its time for it to go to car heaven

she phoned her car insurance and to cancel it she will have to pay over ?200

i could put her on my car insurance for the cost of ?100 for 3 months

or could i put my car in her name so she can insure it

not sure what the best thing to do is

its only her second year driving

stick her on your insurance for 100 pound
let the other policy run out so she will get a no claims bonus from it
that alone is worth a few quid off her next policy
then renew

a) put the old car somewhetre hope gypo nicks it claim off insuranse
b) why not buy some pile of crap out the paper or ebay and swap the insurance over.

Ive seen a good un at my local asda a few times...its backend of a granada scorpio...and a trike at the front...looks like somat out of madmax..
