I was a winning bid for a Nintendo Wii package and it was a very good price;even though the postage was nearly ?27. When it did not arrive, the seller said it must have got lost in the post and refunded my money.
Well I was not satisfied because he sells these packages on a regular bases.
So I said I wanted the goods, he then gave few liars about the situation.
So I just gave him negative feedback. The cheeky bugger sent an Email a few days later; that he just sold the same package ?70 more, and had no intentions of selling me this.

Report him to Ebay and also if payed with Paypal also get on to them, this has happened to myself in the past money was refunded and Paypay also gave me 15 quid for my trauma, Ebay is tightly regulated and will kick off crap online stores, I know they will just change the name of there strore and be trading again in no time, but its worth giving them a the hastle.

Dont let them off the hook !

I had the same problem with a phone i bought on E-BID, I did not receive anything and they would not answer any e-mails.
Even though the women lived 125 miles away in Thetford and i had her address and travel to within 1/2 mile away from her house, I stated she would be getting a visit if i did not get my full refund in 2 days.
Guess what'
A full refund.
I also put a comment on the site and a long list of other people had the same problem with her.
E-bid then brought in the police and i have not been on the site since.
