just phoned vm up cause the remote control volume control has stopped working, straight to an indian call centre, couldnt understand a word he was saying, then put me thru to another department, i could understand this bloke, but the other bloke gave him my name which was some other bloke some where in the country and details of my problem which was also wrong, he then said im in the wrong department so i will put you thru, another 10 mins later i put the phone down, they then rang me back, and u guessed it another indian on the phone she then talls me i need to put a code in my remote, ok, did still didnt work, she then goes on to tell me that the remote is not compatible with my telly wtf i said its been working with my telly for over 5 years, she kept on about the remote not being compatible, ~~~~~~ WOMAN IT WORKS THRU THE BOX NOT THE ~~~~ING TELLY, ~~~~ing fuming by now she then said we will send you a new one, ~~~~~~ they could have said that half hour ago, was having a good day till i phoned them coonts up

Yeah agree with you, but they was helpful the otherday when i called.

Seem to have 'lost' my new Smartcard - tipped the house upside down, no where to be seen.

'Must have thrown it out by accident' - with all that junk mail - must have mis understood it.

Anyway 3 days later a replacement card arrived - in a BIG brown Envolope - thanks guys

Few years back wanted to cancel it...Took me 3 months and 150 mins on a premium rate number to get nowhere. Every month expected it to get cut off and it was still going. Calling where told system doesn't show anything about cancellation. And this was keep going on for months. Was gonna set watchdog on'em but missus sorted it with a silly letter.

This is doing my head'n just talking about after years..
