    excercise

as a few may know i staretd doing a bit of running a few month ago to get back my greek adonis body

anyhoo got a bit bored of running even though i do still go now and again it causes me lots of injurie niggles too

so as i have cut down on the running i have started the gym instead which is mainly weightlifting at the minute

the idea is that i go jogging twice a week tuesday/thursday and the gym 4 times doing chest/triceps monday back/biceps wednesday shoulders/triceps friday with a blast ariound legs on a saturday

the next week its chest/biceps monday back/triceps wednesday shoulders/biceps friday legs saturday then back to chest and triceps ect

what im trying to achieve is weight loss with lean muscle gain but unfortunately they seem to cancel each other out and after reading on the internet nearly every person contradicts the person before

jogging for example i always ran after in morning breakfast now i am being told to run on an empty stomach as it burns calories from fat reserves

which i have done this week but then after doing some research there are just as many sayng dont run in morning on an empty stomach as it burns protein from muscles as the body is in a catabolic state when waking blah blah blah

so any tips or views would be great like i say im after fat burning but lean muscle gains if the two can be achieved together

    Squats.
Followed up with Squats, and when you get bored, do more SQUATS!

They target every major muscle group.
    Do the 5x5 programme.
5 sets of 5 reps and get progressively heavier as your training progresses, so week one squat 50lb, week two squat 60lb and continue on up adding weight till you fail, then dial it back a bit for a few weeks then progress further.

      squats, bench, deadlifts ,

      I will be back!

work on you strength , then it will all come together

squat, bench, deadlift = strength, strength = size , build up your strength and size then do a cut,

if you want a program I can do you one buddy.

          THE TRUTH
          The Hillsborough Independent Panel. 12/09/12

Today's report is black and white. The Liverpool fans were not the cause of the disaster.
The panel has quite simply found 'no evidence' in support of allegations of 'exceptional levels of drunkenness, ticketlessness or violence among Liverpool fans' and 'no evidence that fans had conspired to arrive late at the stadium' and 'no evidence that they stole from the dead and dying'.

low reps.heavy weights (dont do that , you 1st need to build a foundation you should do
3x10 and keep the reps hi at first not a lot of weigth,
if you have a back ground in running thats a good start,

don't try to build and cut at the same time mate, just get strong and the rest will come,

I'm a gym instructor for 25 years and 4 days , there so I'm Right.
stay away from supps , just protein and good foods will help you get strong mate,

get yourself the Davina MaColl Fat burning exercise DVD, it works and its not boring, also its only 3 times a week ( 15-30 mins each time ) , that gives you other days to do walking , swimming e.t.c..

If you eat good food and little exercise a day, you will do fine. The idea is to get your heart rate up and down, fast for 1 minute, then let it slow down for a few mins, then fast e.t.c, e.t.c

the hard part is if you like a drink. you can get by ok with a few beers 2 days a week, but if you like a drink most days , then i think its a waste of time.

I have lost 8lb in 4 weeks now without exercise ( work is my only exercise ), all i do is only drink on a friday and saturday, sometimes sunday )

I believe dancing is also good exercise so get down to the local disco .
