The both of you are obviously die hard fanboys, but you do accept their limitations. But it's not just the limitations that I'm looking at.
Yes, things do get better when you jailbreak them. But how long will it be before Apple finally spring the 'forced update' upon their loyal users?
We all know they're working on it. With a possible weakness found in the ROM chip that could mean a premenant jailbreak & unlock, allowing updates without risk. There's a ticking timebomb till Apple close the threat with new architecture. It's then expected that the end user will be forced to take every update if they want to use Itunes on their PC.
This will force people to accept Apple's bullshit or switch to Winamp (if this works with the Iphone, ain't checked for a long time) & never use Itunes again.
Apple's business plan really does shit all over the end user.
But then Microshite are just as bad with Google not to far behind.
