I thought it best to make a post to save you all wondering and asking questions as you are an inquisitive bunch

As you can see from my pinkness I have requested to revert back to VIP status
DK was the first forum I really got involved in and I was so impressed by the friendliness of the members who welcomed and helped me initially that I kept coming back
As a newbie to forums, I had a lot of questions about how stuff worked on the forum and members were always happy to help me out.
I took great pleasure in being able to ?give something back? to the forum getting involved where I could and I especially enjoyed making the newbies feel welcome and helping them find their way .
I felt privelaged when I was given the chance to mod on DK, so a big thank you to Devilfish and the guys who asked me to join the team in the first place. This gave me the oppertunity to ask a whole load of "new" questions about modding which the admin and mod team helped me out with
I think we have a good bunch of members on our forum but the real stars are our Vets and VIPs who have been frequenting the forum regularly. They (or as I should say now ?we? ), help out other members and report any stuff which needs dealt with. One of the things that has always stood out about DK , is the helpfulness and friendliness of members. I know sometime it can be difficult remaining friendly and patient when you get new members who just don?t know what they are doing ,but just remember ?we were all new once? in most cases someone helped us to find our way.
For a number of months now I have not had a lot of time to spare. The mods and admin do a great job on the forum , much of their time is spent working on forum stuff behind the scenes . I can honestly say they are a great bunch of guys and I enjoyed working with all of them.
So that is it basically. I just feel it is time for me to go back to pink. It is with a certain sadness that I give up my modding position but I think it is best for me.
