    CABLE OR SAT

First let me apologise if I am posting in the wrong section .

I was going to look into CS as I am in a vermin area ( I have full subscription and a legit V+ box ) but used to use three D- boxes for multiroom.
I have been told ( not by an expert) that CS is hit and miss.

Would peeps on here recomend CS or shelling out some setup costs and going down the Sat path ?

    Thanks in advance

If you went down the SATELLITE route you will need a Motorised Dish 1 METRE. To get a firm to install would cost about ?250/70. The receiver ?250,plus of course your B/Band. Once up and running there should nothing else to fork out. If you want Films and Football channels you will be Spoilt for Choice.

YOU will receive Football Matches from at least 5 satellites, Saturday 3pm no problem. English commontaters 80% of the time.

If you are happy with uk channels get a kryptview and you will get your moneys worth. If you are looking for more variety and choice of 3pm football go for sat.

Sounds expensive for a starter set-up. You can pick up a DM500-S for ?50 now. To be honest I think there are better sites than DK if your looking to go down the Sat route. I.e., dedicated community.
