    New Years Resolution 2011

I know Xmas isn't out the way yet... well for some anyway..

i am already thinking foreward, and i was thinking about the New Year already, so i have decided to get myself in shape once and for all.

I will be cutting right down on the drink, and i will be getting back into cooking ( but sensible cooking ) so no doubt you will see some new recipe`s coming soon.

I am getting close to half a century, and about 3 stone over the top, and so many people i have heard of lately having major health problems , so this is the time to do something.

i know i can do it , as 3 years ago i decided to stop smoking and i have not had one since..

There isn't any point in me saying that I will do A B or C in the New Year as it looks like I'm gonna have no choice as any and all cutbacks will be imposed on me whether I like it or not. It's called recession. Funny why its not called Depression any more.

There is a difference apparently, if the GDP of a country falls by 10% for an extended period then its a Depression, if its less severe its a Recession. Kinda like the difference between a storm and a hurricane...

In either case its the working class proletariat that get royally bent over and brutally shafted, so from this standpoint there's no apparent difference, a depression effects those higher up the chain too, so until the minority bourgeois feel things then its a recession.

I don't have any resolutions other than continue to be more awesome!

So let?s get back in shape this Christmas and next Christmas we will be eating turkey, booze, cigars, fags, and women if we survive this ongoing recession.

Tools owned: Hammer, Chisel, Crowbar, Punch, Chainsaw, Cutter and Brain!!!

Did you know People will question all the good things they hear about you but believe all the bad without a second thought.

I also quit smoking about 6 years ago it was because I wanted to, a lot of people pack up for the wrong reasons an usually start again, also I started working out about 4 months ago, I got myself a multi gym and some free weights off ebay and started training at home, the reason I did it this way is I don't have to relie on a training partner and if for some reason he can't make it then you usually don't train and eventually quit, It's hard to do at first as sometimes like with this cold weather you cannot be bothered, but battle through and after a month it will be a doddle, I'm about the same age aftermath and am shaping up great you will not regret it mate, good look and we hope to see you on the cover of fitness magazine...chuck

I hope you both make it work. Tried it before & should be attacking the gym, again, myself.

The problem I have is my work ethic. I am lazy. So if I go to the gym I've got to go every day, usually for 3 hours per day. If I miss a day there's more chance of me missing the next day, then the one after that, etc.
But this brings the other problem, Money & the lack of. Might start looking into prices again, if I can find the money I'll be aiming at losing about 4 stone.

Good luck to all that set themselves a goal.

I grew up on a council estate from poor parents and was involved with some bad shite when i was a young lad.. I wanted out, got it, through determination and now sit nicely in the 40% tax bracket..

all that Marxist / Socialist shite is exactly that.. shite..

Why should I supplement some lazy two bit arsehole who is quite happy to say he wants everything but cant be arsed to get it..

"Make the rich pay".. ~~~~ off I say and get off your fat arse (not you Chroma "in general")
