    Scum of the earth

I'd describe myself as a law abiding citizen () a hard grafter, I go to work, I look after me family, I believe in respect and loyalty!!
And I also believe in do to others as I would like for them to do to me! (did i say that right?)

This post is about my m0therfkng ex tenants! (thats how much they annoy me).

    Check this out:

They moved in and yeah first few months were ok, then beginning of this year, the rent never got paid on time, so I go knocking on their door, and their answer was along the lines of the bank has made a mistake!!! yeah right!
Anyway for months they were paying their rent late or not at all, they had a dog and around 10 cats/kittens in the house even though the tenancy agreement said no animals! inevitably i ended up giving em their notice! BY LAW it has to be 2 months ! dont have a clue why? anyway all we pretty much done was argue ... they tried in every way possible to sue me or attempt to sue me! in the end i said to em leave, i'll keep your deposit and the last day when u do move out I'll come and get the money oustanding - they agreed!

Anyway comes that day, and the house is derelict , a big sign saying , they've moved here's the keys, (in other words fk off!!! )

yeah it pissed me off i suppose but i was glad they were out the house! talk about scum of the earth, they had their animals pissing and shittin all over the carpets ( which they attempted to hide up) - and what i really cant understand the fat cow had given birth to twin girls a coupel of months previously!!!

Anyway, so I tried asking the police, the solicitors, citizens advice bureau how can i find out where they are? and they all said to me they cant tell me coz of data laws! so even though i've been ripped of by these clowns i cant BY LAW do anything about it !!! hint hint BY LAW i cant do nowt about it!!!

The deposit is in something called a deposit protection scheme (again some silly law to protect the scumbag tenants) , for 2 months i've been trying to get hold of it! and the tenant or should i say ex tenant is making things difficult by saying she doesnt believe all the money should come to me!

Why is it these scum of the erath have all the laws to protect em and people like me have no laws to protect us!

Seems to me if you wanna waste your life go right ahead the government, police will look after you, dole office, prescription everything ! But if i wanna work and make a decent life for meself i have to fight a losing battle just to keep pace!

I havent given up yet, I will find out where they are and when I do .... !!!!!

Aye mate everyone has to start somewhere... Not all of us are privileged to buy a house straight away, some of us have to work hard and in that meantime rent if necessary!

But these tenants of mine or should i say ex tenants of mine , ended up being benefit scroungers, the fella had a couple of asbos against him, she once ended up ringin me up coz her fella had broken the window over a drunken argument, i could go on, so u can imagine these kind of people are a waste of space, glad i'm shot of em

But still they're trying to cause me difficulty! And i cant do anything about it coz i dont know w their address therefore cant take em to court or nowt!!!

              Sucks dunnit!

wow... I used to have the same sort of attitude as you when things were on the up for me..Smug, arrogant etc, etc...Thing is, things went t*ts up for me... lost my nice house (which I bought at 21yrs) so went the missus etc, etc

Long story, short..I now live in a council flat and am re educating myself and am happier than I've ever been and I am on the rock and roll...Does that make me a benefit scrounger?...I wouldn't sign on for the first year out of shame and I nearly died (serious)

you don't know whats around the corner in life mate....Live and let live and try not to generalise as you don't want your arrogant statements ringing in your ears if you fall on hard times...trust me.

I have a niece like the people you have wrote about, she is a fat lazy cow who thinks the world owes her a living... I feel for her parents.
She has just given birth so that will be another mouth to feed..who pays for that us the tax payer.
                  It makes me so angry.

Out of hand lads. I think what the chap meant to say that most ppl that rent are losers. I don't agree with him, but ALL the scumbags in my area rent, but so do a hell of a lot of mid-earners unable to get on the ladder, changed days from a few years back.
I value anything I have too much to let anyone go near it, that is why I could not let out properties (if i had the pleasure of owning more than one)

I don't know your location but up here there are a couple of agencies who will deal with all your rental problems, ie they do all the hard work, there is a commission of course, but they take away a lot of the hassle and have the infrastructure to deal with anti-social tennants.
When I couldn't sell my old house I got in touch with an agency to rent it out, gives me a nice wedge of pocket money.
                      Best of British mate.

i have rented a few houses must be a loser too i now live in a council house which i own i must be a right loser m8

we arnt all born with a silver spoon m8 some people have a rough life doesnt make em losers and a fact of life these days is most people cant afford too get on the property ladder so have to rent

which is one good thing too come from this decline in property prices people might be able to afford houses again instead of the over inflated prices of the last few years
