Thinking about suggesting this in the correct forum ,maybe like complaints about business /complaints general . What u think?.

ANYWAY: my complaint is about vistaprint on the net,I put my order in, doesn't really matter what it was but it was for business,whatever!'nnnn anyway 4 ~~~~in times I tried to order.

Thing is ? I nearly ordered other day bit couldn't be arsed, but today got an e-mail with better offer.... Comp fine all the way through but still wouldn't let me ......now I think they didn't like the deal full stop . Any thoughts ? Thnx micky on his iipod

id like to know if peeps had a prob with a company etc before i was maybe going to buy something from them etc

i would also like a review section for everything from cds and albums to holidays, hotels etc

I think it's a good idea, but we should also list good websites so we know where we can go to. We need to have some safeguards in though to stop tradesmen coming in trumpeting their own site, like oonly letting people with 100+ posts reviewin sites

i dont like the idea of this from a legal point of view its probably wrong to slander and slagg off companies whether right or wrong without giving them a chance to tell their side of the story. could get this forum into a lot of trouble.

Look I Havnt even suggested this yet but ,I wanted to shout about vistaprint and how crap thier website ordering is,I ordered a few items such as business cards,etc...... Took ages,yet didn't go through so ~~~~in annoying yet I had to do this 4 freakin times, anyway sent them an e-mail complaining....I will wait to see what they say!

Aye I agree. I think Devilfish would have to think about this legally.

But with some rules and fine tuning it could work maybe? Good suggestion mickydibble.

The rant room worked well on Satkings. Don't think you'll have much trouble from a legal point of view. It's a fact that more people spread their bad experiences on facebook than anywhere else.

If my dodgy memory remembers this correctly GMB posted an article in the News section. Big businesses are using Facebook, twitter, etc to look for bad experiences people have suffered. Then looking at ways to resolve & improve the issues.

As long as the rant is valid & not just a load of bull.

Don't think you can get yourself/Dk into trouble just by letting people know what kind of bad/ "experience" you had with a particular company,then also people can comment to. Maybe it was fine or maybe they think the same....if it's a true account of what happened then it can't be slanderous can it ?
