So xmas, bin men never turned up, because of snow. My bin day is on amonday, so bank hol monday after xmas, they never turned up. they turned up this monday after 3 weeks of no show.
they emptied my bin and left all the rubbish that wasnt able to fit in.
Today I get a knock at the door telling me im being reported for fly tipping because the ~~~~ing bin men didnt do their job properly!!!!

I am in a similar position but the whole street got the minimum fine and it looks that we are all going to get the knock from the bailiff soon because we have all decided not to pay because its not our fault the bins were not emptied in last snow and the rubbish was all over the place.
