Street-level crime and ASB in December 2010 Grouped by crime types. To protect privacy, individual addresses are not pinpointed on the map. Crimes are mapped to an anonymous point on or near the road where they occurred.
For my street it has nothing listed, very shocked at that. Must be every other week the police attend a property just round the corner.
Interesting part is the difference between the shit-hole areas & the higher income estates. There are more anti-social reports in the nice areas than in the smack dens.
The violent crime wasn't where I expected it to be, given some of the pubs in the area. Although I'm not that surprised where they are. It's the sort of area that looks ok, but everyone has a grudge against somebody else in the street. These are the same people you here say 'Do you know who I am!' to every ~~~~er they look at. Council estates, gotta love 'em..... when you don't live near one

In my area
4 Buggery's ... Yeah I remember them nights when the missus was pissed.
35 Anti social behaviours... yeah, about right 9 times on average, the missus blasted me about the previous nights buggery.
1 Robbery .. The lttle un demanded money by menaces for an ice cream, taking a quid from my pocket.
4 Vehicle crimes.... The local garage is a sister company of Meat Head Motors.
29 Violin Crimes... I have never seen any violins personally, but I have seen a bloke with a mouth organ demanding money.
