    whip lash claim

    hi evryone i have a whip lash claim going on as a passenger in a car but solictors have asked me for ?600 for medical reports it was supposed to be a no win no fee agreement do i have to pay it?? any advice gratefully welcome

          You were the passenger, so the insurer of the driver should foot the costs...

                          tell them to go ~~~~ off, had the same thing last june i had two visits to harley st didn't pay a penny it all comes off the court costs at the end of the case, sack the coonts and get another claim firm
