sony tv

hi guys
i have a 32in sony lcd tv that is faulty and hope someone can help please
the problem is, the pic has gone all blurry like 3D, its ok when there is no movment, but blurry when moving,

was anybody messing with the settings on it
are all cables connected properly
have ya tried using different devices in it to see if your sat box or dvd thats playing up
trying doing a factory reset with it i no my tv can do it in the settings
