If the projector were set up in a large tourist area, covertly. You could really mess with peoples heads.
Say, light up the houses of parliament with search lights... a lone gunman appears in a window... shots fired... blood all over the windows, running down the wall... Then the building shakes with explosions... Guy Fawkes running out the front door.
It would be a great cover for when someone does try to blow them up again.Canker
