Growing your own Guide

I was given a memory stick last week to have a look at. Don't know how it has crossed hands and how i've gotten hold of it as it seems to be guides for flower shows etc.. so the advise should be premium?..

Was speaking about this in the shoutbox this morning, was advised to post it..

In the zip is a few guides on how to grow the most common Veg.



Hope this will help a few members who want to grow their own vegetables.

just make sure you use the high power thermo lamps in your loft so any passing bizze helicopter can see your crop with its thermal camera
