    virdin phone not working

    hello
    my virgin phone has stopped working as the box which was always hanging off the wall has now accidentally been pulled completely away from the wall,so i now have the different colour cables but no box on the end of them
    can anybody tell me which colour cables i need to connect inside the box so i can get the phone working
    its just one phone no extensions etc
    any info greatly appreciated

      Blue and white..

      Some instances the blues can be connected with the orange and white if there was a fault in the past..

      But as the first rule.. Blue and white

          when you say blue and white do you mean the pair ? and what number do i connect them into inside the outlet box ? its numbered 2345

              excellent info chaps
              i got it all working,,just thought i would mention that there was no a+b there were 3 terms i put them one in the top the other in the bottom,cant remember which colours went where but its all working fine
