Look for some garage floor paint but the best is expensive and comes in 2 pack.
Paint plus additive,i just did a floor for someone last week and it was 160 quid for 5 litres but im pretty sure you can pick up a tin off ebay at a fraction of the price.
Just make sure you give it a good rub down to key it first.
    You got 5 mins

if your going get this Anti-Slip Floor Paint 750ml Granite Grey | eBay
thin the first coat down then apply full paint when dry best to give it a couple of thinned down coats of paint for best results..

In my expert opinion as an ex dec you cant beat solvent or oil based.2 pack paint.
There are alot of water based, acylic based paints and stains out there now aimed at the diy person for easyness but i dont think you can beat the 2pack or oil based products with most finishes,
