I had a bloody big pampas grass in my back garden and the wife wanted rid so I cut it right down to about 6" from the ground, it is very dense and about 2' in diameter, how do I totally kill it off or do I dig down and get it out roots n all

digging it out won't help, use herbicide to kill it, that will absorb it and die out and if u wanna use the place right after, dig out after it died or leave it there and next year it will be good ground. next time you plant things like this, dig down about 80cm deep, and cover that area with some kind of plastic so it won't spread.Comment
