I have the Optima Compact model I fitted this myself. I added two panic alarms a few weeks ago one in the hallway and one in the master bedroom and simply wired them to the tamper loop. Any kind of noise or intrusion just whack the panic button 143db siren does the rest. Also fitted a PIR in the garage and set it to chime.

I myself am looking for an alarm after catching some idiot comming out of my drive (back of my house) he managed to run off but had droped all the phones and cameras in the back yard. Cheeky ****er even fed my dog the mince out of the fridge .
Not the nicest feeling in the world.
