    locate master phone socket

    I live in modern bungalow. telephone feed is under ground, going in to main bedroom. There are phone sockets in all of the rooms,& 2 IN the study. None have any indication as to main socket any ideas how to locate the master socket PLEASE.

          There should be a difference in the socket type ie master will be different from slave.
