hi just got new dvr no make on it just know its a 16ch dvr with 1tb hard drive ,ive think I have set up right the problem im having is when you backup image I cannot get it to play back .to backup I have used an external dvd writer,the images burn to disc but when u connect to laptop it shows up on removable devices.i have tried to open and I get two files videoplay and numbers .I have installed the videoplay but when clicking on the numbers it says cant open the files is this something im doing wrong thanks
