Old Tecumseh Vantage 35 no start

Our lawn mower Tecumseh Vantage 35 (4T) 3.5hp will not start.
Spark plug is wet. Got white spark.
Tried several spark plug, no chance to start it.
Tried to pull as fast as I can, no way.
Maybe compression is low but we rebuilt the engine 2 years ago, and it runs good till a few months ago.
    Changed carburettor needle, no success.

Please suggest some test or fix. Thanks. .

Remove spark plug try a capful of fuel inside combustion chamber replace spark plug and try to start. You have said you get spark and plug is wet so should = Ignition unless as said compression low and intermittent fuel and spark.

Thank you all but my father decide to buy a brand new LM.
We took the Tecu to a LM shop to check compression but they didn't have the instrument,
they were lazy and they only tried to pull to feel the compression.

I suspect it had a bad coil, but we can't test that and the price of a new one, here in my place,
is high compared to the value of the old Tecu, so my father bought the 125cc Briggs 1.63kW.

BTW we removed the carburettor and all was nice and clean, we removed the fuel just after every use.

I hope you have good luck with your LM.
