Solar panel HELP!!

Obvs not in correct forum so hoping admin will move this accordingly. I have a kingspan solar panel system model SC100 for hot water ONLY (no electricity generated) the screen is showing a fault it's flashing red and states .....fault detected in sensor or sensor cable. Does anyone with knowledge of these systems know what exactly how to fix this or what it all means?

sounds like a fault in the temperature sensor check the cable that attaches to it at your tank if not may be other end shorting to earth might need new sensor not familiar with that system so may not be 100% correct.
