Help with tdc970 dryer drive belt fitting

Hi all my dyer belt got mangled so bought a new one and there is not many guides to help fit it however i have got the belt around the drum and near to the motor but can not figure out how to get the belt around the motor can anyone shed any light onto this thanks

is there a spring loaded arm to put tension on belt if so push other way to slacken belt and fit around motor and when released will push on belt for tension.

Not sure about dryer, but washing machine, you just have to force it on, hook it over motor, as much as big Lillyisf isf puully , then turn drum
