LED BCS 722 Half whitout lighting

Hello, I would like to repair my Led BCS 722 by myself. The 48 LEDs are divided into two groups. 24 LEDs only blink. assume that the LED Driver has taken damage Phillips LedLine2 Nš 441134706261

Swap the outputs round could be one led going dead short or residtor

if psu look on flea bay

as get it wrong you wont get a magic dragon just the puff
