Lets face it all Governments are corrupt and the UN and Arab Naions are ten times worse.

Take the UN. Set up so that no one Country would have to go to the defence of another Country on it's own. A simple idea. One Country is getting threatened or attacked from within or by a larger more powerfull Country, they have a meeting and all members Countries warn the oppressors that 192 Countries are going to provide a Force that will knock them back to the stone ages if they don't back down. In reality what happens is a few of the larger Countries refuse to support the rescue mission as they have too great a trade deal going with the fnuckers that are causing the shit and they threaten to implement their own restrictions against those countries supporting the help mission. They continue to have meetings to resolve the issues and before you know it 6 months has passed and thousands of innocent people have died.

With the technology we have today it should be easy enough to locae Gadhaffi, it's not like he's a Terrorist happy to hide in a cave somewhere. He likes his comforts and power too much. Give him an ultimatum of backing off with his troops and sort the shi@ out with an election to see if his Country people want him. If he doesn't play ball send in a few long range missiles and take him out. Sure a few innocent people will die but not as many as are dying every day at the moment. The shi@ will be over and no UN/Arab Nation troops will be put at risk. If someone else steps in just as bad give him the same unlimatum, it will soon be over.

did we hear any criticism from any European government,
was the Americans up in arms.(who just happen to have there Navy's Fifth Fleet based in Bahrain),

My friend, Gadafi has been killing & torturing his own people ever since he took over the country, not just in the past few weeks & Gadaffi has NEVER proven to be fit to rule Lybia. That is why he is a dictator.
He has in the past, murdered & tortured hundreds & hundreds of his own people but it suited the West to keep quiete as oil was freely flowing their way!

Look at the classic case with Saddam & Iraq.

These are pinpoint strikes against GBAD positions.. You cant police the sky if you don't have control of the air, to police a no fly zone you need air supremacy, you cant have that unless you take out all GBAD and Air related threats
