Imagine your baby's birthday was the 11/11/11 - it's not a birthday anyone would ever forget! Any couples hoping to conceive around the 18th February (this Friday) could be in with a chance of their baby being born on the 11th November 2011, (or 11/11/11) says fertility expert Zita West. Of course, even if you do conceive this week you may not have your baby on the 11/11/11 or even that week; pregnancy isn't always 40 weeks long and some babies can come earlier or later.
If you are interested in trying to conceive this week for an 11/11/11 baby, bear in mind that most cycles vary and women can ovulate at very different times. According to West, if you have a 28 day cycle (which is the average length of a woman's cycle) and you conceive on the 18th February, you will definitely be in with a chance of giving birth on 11/11/11.

Here are Zita West's tips for conceiving a baby this week:
1. Remember, the fertile window is 5-6 days leading up to ovulation, and a day after, so plenty of sex in the lead up is vital.
2. Focus on the sperm not the egg. Remember if the sperm are healthy, they can last 3 to 5 days inside you. If you are having plenty of sex at least three times, in the lead up to ovulation, this will mean that you are ensuring a good flow of sperm in the fallopian tubes, ready for when the egg is released.
3. Passion! After all it is Valentine's Week. Testosterone is the hormone of desire, so the more passion the more testosterone, and vice versa. It may well improve the quality of the sperm. Remember, saliva is damaging to sperm.
4. Don't worry about positions. Do what feels right for you.
5. Lay flat for around 15 minutes following sex, though you don't need to put your legs in the air!
