CRACKING quintet THE SATURDAYS sizzled in the sun as they soaked up the rays on a brief break.

The girl group made the most of LA's scorching weather as they peeled down to their bikinis while lounging by a hotel pool.

Stunning UNA HEALY, FRANKIE SANDFORD and MOLLIE KING showed off trim figures in tiny two-pieces.

But there was no sign of fellow band mates VANESSA WHITE and ROCHELLE WISEMAN at the sw@nky hotel.

Nevertheless their absence didn't stop tanned Frankie from frolicking.

The 22-year-old, who's dating footballer WAYNE BRIDGE, relaxed on a giant pink rubber ring.
Her impressive balancing act ensured her barnet remained bone dry as she cooled off in the water.

Mollie, however, didn't remain quite so dignified.
While chatting on her mobile phone she exposed a little more than she may have wanted after making a quick adjustment to her bright white cossie.

The 23-year-old suffered recent heartbreak when she split with her long-term boyfriend in February.

Flame-haired Irish beauty Una, the oldest of the group at 29, swerved both potential wardrobe malfunctions and a dunking in the drink by relaxing on a sun lounger.

There could soon be wedding bells in the air for the singer, whose rugby player boyfriend BEN FODEN is set to propose.

He said recently: "I am planning to go down on one knee during the next few weeks.

"It won't come as a total surprise because we've been discussing marriage for some time. It will happen and I want lots of children."

Later on Mollie sported a chic sun hat as she moved her lounger into place. Frankie offered little assistance, preferring to suck on a cooling drink.

We should do a poll on everybody's favourite Saturday? (& I don't mean the Sat Celtic beat Rangers or vice versa..)

I might just let the red head and blonde (is it Una & Mollie?) entertain me if they were lucky.. Not assed about the other 3, I don't think there musical, artistic talents are anywhere near Una & Mollie who have voices of fine angels... or should that be voices of fine angles...

I must be getting old as all I see when I look at them are average looks that take hours infront of a mirror to look pretty. Give me an average woman that takes 5 minutes to look decent anyday.
