Ringo Starr's Madryn Street home demolition plans approved

Plans to demolish Beatle Ringo Starr's birthplace have been approved by Liverpool City Council, despite opposition from a government minister.
Nine Madryn Street, Toxteth, where the drummer lived until he was four, is among 271 homes which are due to be cleared under regeneration plans.
Housing Minister Grant Shapps had asked for alternative plans to be considered to renovate the homes.
The communities secretary still needs to approve the plans before demolition.
Eric Pickles is considering a request by campaigners for a full environmental assessment before the area is razed.

In my opinion some followers will start chiselling out bricks from Ringo Starr's former home before it is demolished.
Tools owned: Hammer, Chisel, Crowbar, Punch, Chainsaw, Cutter and Brain!!!

Did you know People will question all the good things they hear about you but believe all the bad without a second thought.

    THE TRUTH
    The Hillsborough Independent Panel. 12/09/12

Today's report is black and white. The Liverpool fans were not the cause of the disaster.
The panel has quite simply found 'no evidence' in support of allegations of 'exceptional levels of drunkenness, ticketlessness or violence among Liverpool fans' and 'no evidence that fans had conspired to arrive late at the stadium' and 'no evidence that they stole from the dead and dying'.

so living in L18 qualifies you to come to the conclusion of flattening the whole area how do you work that out ,i know L18 but it doesen't give me the right to slag it off, you can't make statements like you have on the strenghth of living in another area and knowing of liverpool 8 which happens to stretch from the mersey right up to wavertree my point is your looking at one part of L8 and saying flatten the lot my guess is you havent been anywhere near the place for very long time and haven't a clue what its like
