    Kitten saved from tree after 30 hours



    A kitten named Cleo was saved by firefighters after spending 30 hours up a tree.

    The incident started last Friday in London, England after Cleo and fellow cat Figaro traversed up a tree in their owner's front garden.

    Zara McIntosh, 38, recalled: "We were doing the gardening on Friday morning when our two cats, Cleo and Figaro, both went up the tree but Cleo wouldn't come down."
    Cleo eventually climbed to the very top of the 50ft tree and stayed up there until another group of firefighters arrived on Saturday. They closed off the road and brought a hydraulic device that enabled one of the firemen to reach the kitten and carry her down.



    You know were our tax money is spend, I thought cats can climb trees faster then humans, but why can?t they just left the cat up the tree for few more days, because I would have thought the cat would have found his way down when hungry.

    Tools owned: Hammer, Chisel, Crowbar, Punch, Chainsaw, Cutter and Brain!!!

      thought the fire depatment don't rescue flea bitten cats anymore

      susspose it could have been an old fire engine they use for false alarms.

      fire dept charge ?200 for shit like that, cheaper to get an axe and cut tree down

                          i would care how much it costs. i love my puddy cats. i pay my tax and nat ins and councill tax and if it happend to me id phone anyone i could for help.
