I have seen all that before, these peoples believe in any thing, I remember when I was on holiday in Tanzania few years back, some man poised as witchcraft killer ended killing hundreds of people and police doing nothing about it.

This will keep happening when they are not educated, these people need basic education to stop the barbaric way of killing human??????

Having spent some time in Kenya and Tanzania i doubt very much this was over stealing potatoes!!!
More like, it was because of a crime far more serious.
And beside, who are we (western world) allowed to stand in judgement on the punishments of other nations.

I've seen some things in life and usually I have no limits to what I can joke about but that's well out of order. In the West it's hard to explain to some how barbaric other countries can be and how little respect they have for life.

I've been in African Countries where they take the Christian Religion to the extreme. Everyone goes to church on a Sunday and can quote the Bible inside out yet every house had bars on the windows and barbed wire over the roofs. I asked why they needed it if they were so religious and they said if they never their houses would be burgled and familes raped. WTF.

I was offered a 2 year secondment to Kenya when I was in the Military but when I talked to the Guy I was going to replace I couldn't inflict it on my family. My accomodation was to be a large detatched house with Gardners, house keepers, security the works. I asked about the security and was told at night time the family retire to what they call the rape cells. Basically it's a caged off part of the property where they lock themselves in until day time and only come out when the house keeper shows up. The security is paid ?2 per day and is armed with a Machette, but he usually runs away at the first sign of trouble as it's usualy gangs that turn up and go through the house like a dose of salts. You even got issued a pistol and CB radio for your vehicle to fight off car jackers.
