He always said that if he wasn't fit enough for the CEO job he'd step down, and that's what he's done, no big deal.

7% drop in shares because of it; a lot of people must think it is a big deal.

However he is still the chairman of the board and is still on the board of directors at disney so he isn't going anywhere fast. I'm sure he will be just as involved as he always is.
