          The Chinese Govt is not capable to look after there own sick and disable???

              The Chinese govt are more than capable of doing it but they choose not to do so. Healthcare is generally reserved for those that can pay for it with anybody else being left to relatives to care for.

              Its partly a culture thing and partly down to the type of regime they have but they dont tend to put the same value on life as we do in the Western world.

              Saying that though, you only need to look at how health insurance schemes work in a fair part of the so called 'civilised' world to spot the parallels. Those that can pay get taken care of, those that can't are often left to their own devices.
