has anyone heard of the old geezer Norman Scarth ?

this old guy got the European courts to do somic about closed court hearings etc
and now has been jailed for 6 months for recording a court case

yes its illegal but ...six months for this ? and not to mention hes 85 years old

anyone see the injustice in this ?
